This research was exhibited at the University of South Carolina (USC), Office of Undergraduate Research 2022 Summer Research Symposium held July 28, 2022. Considering Domestic Violence Victims: Exploring Victim-related Factors in Prosecutor Case Summaries, by Anna Criswell and Elena Ortiz Dilone, and mentored by Dr. Barbara Koons-Witt and Hannah Sedlacek, was included as part of 74 research exhibits on subjects such as artificial intelligence (AI), cancer research, chemical engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, biological sciences, public health, geology, neuroscience, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, genetics, nursing, civil engineering, and criminal justice. This unique research was presented as part of the Disparities in the Criminal Justice System program review.
